I am printing out the following scripture to keep with me during the trip ahead, cause I need to be reminded daily-Matthew 6:25-27 and 6:33-34.
25 “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?27 Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?...33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. 34 “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
This needs to be my daily praise to Him. He is in control, so wasting one moment to worrying is foolish and unwise. He has given me so much, and continues to give and love me greater than anyone else, so I must relinquish my hold on my plans and surrender fully to Him.
Well, I am finding this whole blogging thing to be quite therapeutic. It's growing on me for sure. I am gonna keep everyone up to date as much as I can through my blog and facebook, but once I am in Europe I am not sure what the possibilities for a steady internet connection will be. We'll see I guess.
I'll Be Seeing You,
Meg
